Fra's Michael Kawochka and Bill Scanlan were in good company with Governor David Paterson at the Boy Scouts of America annual cigar dinner on October 25, 2023.
Governor Paterson delivered the keynote address as the honoree. Fra Scanlan, a devoted scout, was recognized for his leadership, generosity and volunteerism.
